Day 11

Sorry guys I missed a day.  Yesterday was so busy that when I got home I sat in my chair and fell asleep.  Kind of funny how some days are like that. 

 I am thankful for my new car.  We spent all day at Ken Garff Nissan yesterday and signed the papers on a 2012 Nissan Spectra.  I love it!!! It has a lot of room and a lot of other good stuff.  We took it on a mini road trip to Idaho Falls today.  It was so much fun.  Ryan's dad Lynn came with us and we took my step-dad with us too. 

 I am thankful for the beautiful weather that was around us today.  It felt like early March and not middle of January. 

 Today was my niece's first birthday.  Happy Birthday to her.  We may never meet again in this life but I hope that she enjoys her little musical carousel that belonged to my sister when she was younger.  I am thankful for my brother in law Shane who was kind enough to come and pick it up so that she could have it today. 

 I am thankful for good uplifting music.  It helps lighten the mood of any room, and any situation.  When I feel down or just plain upset with someone I always hum a happy tune, usually a hymn, and I always can come to a happy place again and move on. 

 I am thankful for a bed to sleep on.  It may be far from perfect, in fact it is broken, but it certainly is a whole lot better than sleeping on the floor.  That hurts.
