Day 9

Life is all about constant change.  That is the one thing in life that is guaranteed.  I am thankful for the changes that are constantly happening in my life.  It certainly keeps life interesting. Right now Ryan and I are on the threshold of some possible big changes in our life.

Everyone complains about snow.  When the meatorologist predicts a snow storm you can almost hear the majority of the population just groan.  Myself I always marvel at the little white stuff that falls from the sky.  I am thankful for the snow and the many blessings that come with it.

Today the Young Women of our ward went sledding on a small amount of snow. (barely 4 inches)  I was asked to bring some hot cocoa tonight to our little shindig.  What a blessing to be all cold and be warmed up with some good hot cocoa.  The Aztecs believed that it was the drink of the gods.  I am inclined to agree with them.  Coffee is for those who like fast breakfast and a buzz in the morning.  (Who wants that?) Hot Chocolate is for those like me who love to slow down and enjoy life.  I am thankful for cocoa.

I am thankful for my cat Nala.  She is the sweetest, funniest cat I have ever met.  She is my child.

Have you ever wondered what life would be like if we didn't have toilet paper?  I will let you expand on that.  I am thankful for toilet paper and the many functions that it has in our society.
